# Coupa

\[AD] NT Email added > \[WD] No stuck BPs nor unsaved changes > \[WD] Update Email via OKTA Email writeback + Update NT Info (INT145) > \[WD > Coupa #1 Grouping] Dropped CSV files into \[Some server] / \[WD > Coupa #2 Master Data] > Daily 6 AM EST \[Some Server] Powershell script add batches of users into Coupa AD groups

If for any reasons, the users can see Coupa on OKTA but cannot access due to this error, then it could be the delta file not uploaded to Coupa and we need to check with Coupa team if the account exists on their system, they are able to see Last Login and Last Update Dates.
